Business, tax & marketing calculators
Pricing, profitability and campaign maths for founders, sellers and marketers. Margin and markup are kept distinct, GST handles both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive prices, and ROAS shows your break-even point.
- Profit Margin CalculatorProfit margin is profit as a percentage of the selling price. It tells you how much of every sale you keep after the cost of the goods.
- Markup CalculatorMarkup is the amount added to cost to set a price, expressed as a percentage of the cost.
- Break-even CalculatorThe break-even point is where total revenue equals total costs: no profit and no loss. Each unit sold contributes its price minus its variable cost towards your fixed costs.
- ROI CalculatorROI (return on investment) is the gain or loss on an investment relative to what it cost. Annualized ROI spreads that return evenly over the years you held it, so different periods can be compared.
- Discount CalculatorA discount reduces the price by a percentage. When a second discount is stacked, it applies to the already reduced price, so 20% plus 10% off is 28% off, not 30%.
- GST Calculator (India)India’s Goods and Services Tax is split into CGST and SGST (equal halves) for sales within a state, or charged as IGST for sales between states. Since 22 September 2025 the main slabs are 5% and 18%, with 40% for specified luxury and sin goods.
- ROAS CalculatorROAS (return on ad spend) is the revenue an ad campaign generates for every unit of currency spent on it. A ROAS of 4 means 4 in revenue for every 1 spent.
